Klook Credits issued from cancellations expire 365 days from the date of issuance regardless of account activity or booking frequency. You need a minimum balance of 10 KlookCash to redeem credits on a future booking. Credits are refunded within 1 to 3 business days after a cancellation is processed. If your original booking used a promo code, the code itself is not reinstated after cancellation, only the credit value is returned.
