The most common reasons are that the code claims more than 10% off which is no longer valid under Go City’s March 2026 everyday pricing model, the code is destination-specific and does not match your city, you have already used Go City before and the code is new customer only, or the code has expired. Go City only accepts one promo code per booking so if a discount is already applied a second code will be rejected.
